100 % Satisfaction Guarantee and Complaints

If you are not satisfied with our translation, we will give your money back.
The guarantee only applies on the basis of a complaint in case of professional translations where the price is by 40–50 % higher than in classical translations.

Complaints shall be considered if they are submitted in writing, by registered letter or by e-mail, no later than 8 days from the date of the services rendered

The complaint should include information on the order and explicitly indicated observations concerning the translation. In case the complaint is justified (based on a judgment and opinion submitted by the translation service provider and an independent translator or proofreader), the customer will be provided with an improved and updated translation within the agreed time, or with a credit note or their money will be paid back.

The complaint shall not be justified, if the customer, when ordering a translation, rejected the proposed proofreading (usually in cases of published texts), and submitted a complaint on the translation for minor stylistic or grammatical errors, which were in these cases primarily the responsibility of the translation proofreader.
